Tower of the former Church of St Michael, Eastgate Street, Gloucester - Gloucester

Tower of former parish church, C15. Church was demolished in 1849. Tower is both scheduled and listed at II*. It is now used as a visitor centre. In the first part of 2023, falling masonry led to part of the site being fenced off to protect passing shoppers. Investigations are underway and Historic England is in discussion with the council regarding the necessary repairs.
