General Lambert's House, 31 and 33, Narrowgate, Alnwick - Northumberland (UA)

Early C19 re-fronting of two C18 townhouses. Much of the original interior detailing is still present. The owner has consent to convert the building to a new use. Urgent repair works were completed in 2021 with a grant from Historic England (structural underpinning; re-roofing and high-level masonry). External joinery is in poor condition, and there is masonry spalling and delamination.
