RODMARTON LITTLE TARLTON ST 99 NW (west side) 6/132 No 5

GV II Small detached cottage. Between c1909 and 1926, one of a group of 7 cottages by Ernest Barnsley. All in similar style, of coursed and dressed stone, stone slate roof, stone stacks with offset and moulded cornice, all single storey and attic. Fenestration scattered, mostly either 2 or 3-light cambered head casements, or 2-light casements with timber lintel, with some small 4 or 6-pane single lights; plank doors. No 5 is small square block with large gable to east with 2-light casement and timber lintel to each floor, and nearly blind west wall with plank door to right.
