House. Mid C19; altered. Painted roughcast render, slate roof.
Double-depth double-fronted plan. 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows, formerly symmetrical. The ground floor has a pilastered doorway with a frieze and cornice, recessed panelled door and overlight with rectilinear tracery, a top-hung casement imitating a 4-pane sash to the left and a shallow wooden canted bay to the right with altered glazing. The upper floor has 4-pane sashes, those to left and right hornless and with margin panes. Skylight in front slope of roof; side-wall chimneys. The left gable wall has a doorway in the centre with an altered door, flanked by top-hung casements imitating 12-pane and 4-pane sashes respectively, and a pair of attic windows with similar 12-pane top-hung casements. Rear and interior not inspected. Included for group value with Nos 2-12 (even) (qv) opposite.
