Description
An archaeological survey of land owned by the Exmoor National Park Authority on Mill Hill was carried out by English Heritage Exeter Office in January 2003.
The area considered covers 1.8 square km. Sources consulted included the National Monuments Record, the Somerset Sites and Monuments Record and the air photographic transcription undertaken by Richard McDonnell in 1985.
Air photographs from the NMRC collection were consulted; Known sites were visited and the area was reconnoitred for new sites.
