Old Oxgate Farm, Coles Green Road, Cricklewood NW2 - Brent

C16 and C17 timber-framed building suffering from subsidence to the brick plinth and structural failure of beam ends to the ground floor due to damp penetration. The owner carried out urgent works in 2013 and is exploring possible long term solutions. A condition assessment was produced in 2016, with funding from Historic England, and priority works identified in that survey to safeguard the building were completed in 2017. Funding for repair of the front facade is due to be secured through a Section 106 agreement but this has not yet been implemented.
