908 sheets dating from the late twentieth century with a great many from the early 1990s. These include photogrammetric surveys, rectified photography and topographic surveys.
There are many floor plans of Brodsworth Hall and the stable block showing the layout, power supply and the lighting. Plans and rectified photographic elevations of the roof show its repairs, heating supply and rainwater disposal. The locations of the chimneys and areas of their decay have been highlighted as well as their repair and replacement. In addition there are drawings relating to the location of Brodsworth Hall and access including parking facilities, the porte-cochere, the ticket office and the public toilets. The fire protection and escapes have also been depicted, as well as an intercom system at the iron entrance gates. There are also a number of window condition and repair schedules.
Many of the sheets relate to the Brodsworth Hall stable block and show floor plans relating to its conversion into flats, and the proposals relating to (and as-built plans of) flats A-C. In addition, some drawings show general elevations and plans of the Target House, as well as its repair.
Also depicted: the servants wing; the parapet balusters and their defects; the till units; the garden bridges; and the Brodsworth Hall sub-station.
The most recent drawings show a Berthon Collapsible Boat from Brodsworth Hall, now held in Fulford Store.
