Talbot Village School, Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth

Talbot Village School opened in 1862 for 63 pupils. It was part of Talbot Village, a model village laid out between Bournemouth and Poole. The school was founded by Mary Talbot and given money 11 years later by her sister Georgina. It was renamed St Marks in 1974. The site is still owned and managed by the Talbot Trust.
