Description

These buildings may have been demolished during the refurbishment of Liverpool Street Rail Station between 1985 and 1992. Directories of London streets for the 1960s were referenced and an entry showed that Liverpool Street Underground Staton had refereshment rooms, or a buffet as seen in the image, at 73 Old Broad Street. Searching on internet revealed that Ind Coope Breweries had a premesis on Old Broad Street, stated as also being at no 73. It is hard to ascertain the exact details as the buildings may no longer exist in the form shown in this image.
