The photographer's notes state: 'Court Lodge Farm. The house. East side. Looking down the roadway. Bark Hart wall on right. Oasthouse in middle distance'.
There is an additional note for the site stating: 'This old farm, adjoining Bark Hart on the south, was almost completely removed by the end of 1935'.
The site is now part of Lodge Crescent.
