Little Hall is a 14th or 15th century timber-framed building, said to have been the wool hall of William Causton, a Lavenham clothier. It was extensively restored in the 1930s and is now a museum and home to the Suffolk Preservation Society.
This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
