Description

The man in the top hat appears to have been added to the image to obscure a blurred figure standing in front of the iron railings.

H Millichamp's works stood on the west side of the road, close to the junction with Salamanca Street, and opposite the Red Cow public house.

BB94/20545 shows a view which is possibly of the rear of the Millichamp's works, although different pottery works are assigned to the photograph in other sources.
