Newlands Quay is one of four blocks in the redevelopment of Shadwell Basin, designed by MacCormac Jamieson Prichard and Wright (MJPW) and built in 1986-1989. It was one of the earliest and most successful redevelopments of London docklands. Post Modern style which reflected the original 19th century docklands warehouses.
