Description

The cinema shown in this photograph is not known but it is probably the Odeon Cinema, formerly the Plaza Cinema. The Plaza opened in 1936 and was renamed the Odeon after the neighbouring Odeon Cinema closed in 1975. The cinema closed in October 1990 and was demolished in 1997.
